Tax and Shipping Fees

No tax or shipping fees will be added to the orders, except for "MOS Test Pack" that includes a practice test CD.

Voucher Expiration

All exam vouchers purchased from SureSuccess must be used to schedule the exam and the exam must be completed by the designated expiration date of each exam test voucher.

Order Confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, SureSuccess will send you an order confirmation email within a few minutes. Next the exam test vouchers will be emailed within one business day (usually a few hours). If you requested test registration with your order, it will be confirmed in this email as well.
